Seasoned French Fries

3/4 pound baking potatoes
1/3 cup blue agave syrup
1 tablespoon white cooking wine or white vinegar
1/3 cup barley flakes
3 tablespoons Frontier Garlic 'N Herb Seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wash potatoes and slice lengthwise into 1-inch by 1/4-inch pieces.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk agave and wine together. In a coffee grinder, roughly grind barley and seasoning and pour into shallow plate or pan. Lightly grease cookie sheet.

Take each potato slice, dip in liquid on one side, then seasoning, then place seasoning side up on cookie sheet. Repeat until done. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
