Vegetable Marinade

4 cups diced stir-fry vegetables
1 cup orange juice
1/2 tablespoon Frontier Veggie Pepper
In a plastic bag or large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together. Let marinate for 30 minutes or longer.

Stir fry or grill until vegetables are tender.
