Tuscan Roasted Garlic Tomato Soup

1 tablespoon dehydrated minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups water
1/2 cup Frontier Tomato Soup Mix
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 cup bread crumbs
In a medium pan, sauté garlic in oil until rich golden brown. Add water. Whisk in tomato soup mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until soup reaches desired thickness. Add herbs and top with bread crumbs. Serve immediately.
