Hominy Curry

2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
2 tablespoons onion flakes
1 can (15.5 ounces) hominy, drained
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon lemon juice
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-low. Add onion flakes, then hominy. Mix in water, Garam masala and lemon juice. Heat until desired temperature reached.
