Whole Wheat Waffles
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
maple syrup or powdered sugar

Directions
In a large bowl, stir together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt with a fork until combined. Stir in the eggs, milk, and oil until blended. Pour the batter into your hot, seasoned waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Serve with maple syrup or powdered sugar.
