Lemon Mayonnaise
From Boston Harbor Lighthouse in Little Brewster Island, Massachusetts.
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground {black pepper}

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix.
