Greek Seasoning Rub
Use this dry blend as a rub or mix or to make a marinade for lamb or beef.
Ingredients
5 tablespoons dry minced onion
2 tablespoons lemon peel granules
2 tablespoons paprika
2 1/2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons dill weed
2 tablespoons peppermint leaf
1 1/2 teaspoons {black pepper} coarse grind
1 tablespoon chives

Chef Suggestions
Use 2 to 3 tablespoons per pound of meat.
