Mississippi Delta Dip
Ingredients
2 tablespoons spinach flakes
2 tablespoons Frontier Cajun Seasoning
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
24 wheat wafers (Triscuits)

Directions
Reconstitute spinach flakes (or may use fresh chopped spinach).
Meanwhile, mix Cajun Seasoning with cream cheese until creamy smooth. Add drained spinach flakes and mix thoroughly.
Spread on wafers. Serve open-faced at room temperature.
