Vegan Cocoa Brownies
Ingredients
1 package Simply Organic Cocoa Brownie Mix
1/4 cup soy butter
Powdered egg replacer equivalent to 2 eggs
1/4 cup soy butter

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Cocoa Brownie Mix, soy butter and reconstituted egg replacer. Stir until evenly moist.
Spread mixture evenly into the pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until center tests done with fork or toothpick.
