Crepes
A basic crepe recipe waiting to be filled with sweets, vegetables or meats
Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup flour

Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed. Blend until very smooth (should only take 10 to 20 seconds). Refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat griddle on medium-high heat. Grease and pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto griddle. Cook 30 to 60 seconds, then flip. Cook for 20 to 30 seconds.
Fill and roll to serve.
