A basic crepe recipe waiting to be filled with sweets, vegetables or meats

Ingredients
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2  large eggs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup flour
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order they are listed. Blend until very smooth (should only take 10 to 20 seconds). Refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Heat griddle on medium-high heat. Grease and pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto griddle. Cook 30 to 60 seconds, then flip. Cook for 20 to 30 seconds.
3. Fill and roll to serve.

Servings: makes 6 to 8 crepe

Chef Suggestions
Add 1 tablespoon sugar if using sweet or dessert fillings.

Fill with jams, cream cheese and/or whipped cream for sweet treats.

Fill with cooked meats, spinach and/or shredded cheese for savory meals.
