Perfect for a night of libation, this spicy popcorn is complemented by frosty beverages.
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, chopped fine
2 scallions, minced fine
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
Cut butter into 6 pieces, place in a microwavable bowl, and melt in the microwave. Add all the dry spices and sugar and microwave for 30 seconds; mix well.
Mix the popcorn with the spiced butter and fresh herbs.
Serve in a big bowl with plenty of napkins and frosty drinks.
