Haw and Straw Alfredo

Very rich and subtle.

1 cup whole wheat pasta
1 cup spinach flakes
1/3 cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese or  grated Romano cheese
1 teaspoon dill weed
some  freshly ground black pepper
Cook pasta al dente. Do not overcook!

Drain and add cream, butter, cheeses and dill. Grate pepper on top, stir until the heat of the noodles has melted the cheddar.
