Oven-Roasted Garlic Vegetables

Ingredients
1 zucchini
8 ounces fresh white mushrooms, washed
10 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes, washed
1 package (16 ounces) baby carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 package {Simply Organic Roasted Garlic Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning Mix}

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash zucchini and cut into bite size pieces.
Put all vegetables in large bowl. Add olive oil and Seasoning Mix. Stir until evenly coated. Spread evenly on a large baking sheet.
Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Vegetables are done when lightly browned and tender.
