French Countryside Toast

6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon Frontier Apple Pie Spice
6 slices whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon oil or 1 tablespoon butter for frying

Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Frontier Apple Pie Spice
2 fresh peaches, sliced
6 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions
To make the sauce, combine butter, maple syrup, lemon juice and Apple Pie Spice in a small saucepan. Melt together. Add peaches and cook gently about 10 minutes. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, and Apple Pie Spice. Dip bread into milk mixture. Fry bread in oil or butter until browned on both sides.
Pour peach syrup over toasted bread and serve immediately.
