Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sliced banana
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat {yogurt}
1 cup orange-pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Vanilla Extract
2 cups crushed ice
 Simply Organic Ground Cinnamon
 Simply Organic Ground Nutmeg
Directions
Place all ingredients except cinnamon and nutmeg into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving cups and sprinkle with the cinnamon and nutmeg.

Chef Suggestions
Frozen fruit can be used in place of fresh fruit.

Substitute mixed berries or other fruit of choice for strawberries.

flavored yogurt can be substituted for plain yogurt.

For a thicker smoothie, reduce amount of juice to ½ cup.

Use your favorite juice in place of the orange-pineapple juice.
