Fried Cheese
Ingredients
1/2 pound favorite cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon Frontier Herbal Seasoning
some oil for frying

Directions
Slice cheese into 1/2 inch slabs. In small bowl, beat egg. In another, combine flour and Frontier Herbal Seasoning. Dip cheese slices into egg, then flour mixture, coating well to seal the cheese.
Fry in oil in a hot pan until brown on both sides. Serve immediately as an appetizer.
