Smoked Rice Burgers
Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon tamari
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, grated
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons Frontier Hickory Salt
some flour as needed

Directions
In a bowl, combine rice, parsley, tamari, carrot, onion, eggs, and Frontier Hickory Salt. Add flour, beginning with 1/4 cup, until thick enough to form patties. Form into 6 patties.
Fry or grill until golden brown on both sides.
