Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 package Simply Organic Devil's Food Cake Mix
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, water, and butter. Add contents of cake mix package. Using a wooden spoon, stir until uniformly mixed. Dough will be thick.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Lightly roll in powdered sugar and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to set on pans 1 to 2 minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.
