Vegan Pizza Crust
Ingredients
1 cup Simply Organic Pizza Crust Mix
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2/3 cup soy milk

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12-inch pizza pan.
Put pizza crust mix in a bowl. Add baking powder and stir to evenly combine.
Add olive oil and milk. Stir until smooth and uniformly mixed.
Pour onto pizza pan and smooth dough evenly to edges of pan.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add sauce and toppings of choice. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and ingredients are hot.
