Tofu Croutons

1 pound tofu, drained
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon Frontier All-Purpose Seasoning
1. Chop tofu into 1/4-inch pieces.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, then add tofu. Sprinkle with Frontier All-Seasons Salt. Cook until tofu is browned on all sides, turning carefully with a metal spatula during cooking.
