1 1/2 teaspoons Frontier Organic Thyme
3/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Oregano
3/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cayenne
1 tablespoon Frontier Organic Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Organic Black Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Frontier Organic Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Frontier Organic Onion Powder
1 pound (4 fish fillets) (grouper, haddock, tilapia, halibut, or other fish of choice)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2. Pat each fillet dry, brush lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle spice mixture on each side of every fillet.
3. In a large skillet, heat remaining olive oil until hot but not smoking. Place spiced fillets in skillet, cooking 3 to 4 minutes on each side (until browned).
