Lemon Pepper Tzatziki Sauce

1 teaspoon cut {peppermint leaf}
3/4 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2  large cucumber, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon {Frontier Pepper Fusion Black Pepper with Lemon}, fine grind, about 24 cranks
Blend together all ingredients.

If not using immediately, cover and refrigerate.
