Holiday Spiced Tea
Ingredients
8 cups water
10 whole cardamom pods
1 pouch {Simply Organic Mulling Spice}
1 1/3 cups Organic Valley Reduced Fat 2% Milk
3 tablespoons Darjeeling black tea
1/3 cup honey

Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy, large saucepan. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add milk and tea, and then bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Turn off heat and steep 4 to 6 minutes, according to desired strength.
Strain tea, and mix in honey. Serve.
