Tagine Peach Cobbler

Fruit Layer
4 cups peeled, sliced peaches
1/4 cup Frontier Organic Cane Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Frontier Tagine Seasoning
2 tablespoons Frontier Tapicoca Pearls
Cobbler Topping
1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Frontier Organic Baking Powder
1/2 cup Frontier Organic Cane Sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all of the fruit-layer ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into an 11x7-inch baking dish.
3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add melted butter. Stir until uniformly mixed (dough will form small, pea-sized pieces). Add milk. Stir until uniform. Spoon dollops of batter over fruit.
4. Bake for about 40 minutes or until cobbler is golden brown and fruit is bubbly.
