Yogurt Dip

This quick-to-mix dip couldn't be easier or tastier! Serve with whole grain crackers or fresh veggies.

Ingredients
1/2 cup yogurt
2 to 4 tablespoons {lemon juice} (omit if yogurt is tart) or 2 to 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (omit if yogurt is tart)
1  finely chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon kelp powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon paprika
1  minced garlic clove
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate.
