Pumpkin Puffs
Ingredients
3/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup mashed cooked pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup raisins

Directions
Blend well: honey, eggs, butter. Add pumpkin and vanilla. Blend.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and Pumpkin Pie Spice.
Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
