Smoky Gnocchi

4 slices applewood-smoked bacon
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
4 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 cups fresh baby spinach
2 teaspoons Frontier Salt-Free Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
1 teaspoon steak sauce

1. Place bacon in a large saucepan. Turn heat to medium and cook until all pieces are crispy on both sides. Remove bacon and set on a paper towel. Crumble bacon when cooled.
2. Pour bacon fat into a saucepan and add flour. Cook over medium heat, stirring to make a golden brown roux (about 3 to 5 minutes). Whisk in milk, then add cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, Chipotle Seasoning and steak sauce, stirring to form a creamy sauce.
