Egg Tacos

12  eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons soy grits (optional)
2 tablespoons chili powder
some  oil for frying
4  large taco shells
1 cup grated cheese
2  chopped tomatoes
1  small onion, chopped
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup salsa made from {Frontier Salsa Grande Mix}
Blend well: eggs, milk, soy grits, chili powder. Scramble mixture in oiled fry pan and serve in taco shells. Top with cheese, tomato, onions, yogurt, and Frontier Salsa Grande.
