Guacamole Grilled Cheese
Guacamole Grilled Cheese

Grilled cheese with the zesty, smoky, fresh flavors of guacamole.

Ingredients
2 slices your favorite bread (we recommend organic multigrain.)
2 ounces pasturized butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Cumin Ground
1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Coriander Ground
1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Chipotle Powder
2 slices American cheese singles
2 slices organic tomatoes
 {Frontier Sea Salt} to taste
 {Simply Organic BlackPepper} to taste
 Simply Organic Cilantro
1/4 teaspoon Simply Organic Parsley
1/2  ripe avocado, sliced
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter with cayenne, garlic, cumin, coriander, and chipotle to make a compound butter. Spread butter on one side of both slices of bread.
2. Put one slice of cheese on each unbuttered side of bread. Top one side with tomato slices, season with salt, pepper, cilantro and parsley. Top with avocado slices and repeat seasoning. Top with second slice of cheese and bread.
3. Carefully transfer sandwich to panini press or grill pan and cook to desired crispiness. (I like to get the buttered bread just golden and cheese just melted, so the tomato and avocado don't get too squishy.) Dig in and enjoy.
