Herb Cheese

1  clove garlic
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1  dash of freshly {ground pepper}
1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish root powder
Mince garlic clove in food processor. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
