Mexican Cheese Pie

1 1/2 pounds tofu
1 cup buttermilk
6 ounces tomato paste
1 tablespoon honey
2  eggs
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4  cayenne
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons onion flakes
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 1/2 ounces chopped black olives
1  prepared 10-inch crust (optional)
Mix first 11 ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except pie crust. Pour into crust or into a 10-inch baking dish.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
