Carob Nut Brownies

2  eggs, beaten
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup carob, sifted
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine eggs, honey, molasses, butter and almond extract. Mix flour, carob, and salt, then combine the wet and dry mixtures. Mix thoroughly, add nuts and turn into an oiled 8x8-inch baking pan.

Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cut while warm. Cool on rack.
