Quick French Onion Soup

2  large onions, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1  quart water
2 tablespoons broth powder
4 slices French bread
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Sauté onion slices in butter until translucent. Add water, and heat. Add Frontier Broth Powder and stir well.

Pour soup into individual, oven-proof soup bowls. Place one slice of bread in each bowl, and top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
