Quick French Onion Soup

2  large onions, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 quart water
2 tablespoons Frontier Vegetable Broth Powder
4 slices French bread
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1. Sauté onion slices in butter until translucent. Add water, and heat. Add Frontier Broth Powder and stir well.
2. Pour soup into individual, oven-proof soup bowls. Place one slice of bread in each bowl, and top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
