Veggie Camping Mix

1/2 cup dried green beans
1/2 cup dried carrots
1/2 cup dried corn
1/4 cup dried tomato flakes
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
Premix vegetables.

In another pouch, premix rosemary and thyme.

To prepare, soak vegetables in water to cover for 2 to 3 hours. Bring to a boil in a saucepan, and simmer until veggies are hot and tender. Drain all but a little liquid. Add seasonings, and cook an additional 2 minutes.

plus 2 to 3 hours soaking time

Cook Time: 15 min
