Fried Eggplant

Ingredients
2  medium eggplants
 {sea salt} for sprinkling
 {black pepper} for sprinkling
Batter
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
 oil for frying
Directions
Slice eggplant 1/4 inch thick, sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside. Make the batter by combining remaining ingredients. Dip the eggplant slices in the batter and deep-fry.
