Tofu Chili
Ingredients
1 pound tofu, cubed
2 tablespoons onion flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oil
2 10-ounce cans whole tomatoes
4 cups cooked pinto beans
3 tablespoons Frontier Mexican Seasoning
1 tablespoon tamari

Directions
Sauté tofu, onion and garlic in oil in a saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
