Chinese Five Spice Peanuts

1 cup water
2 teaspoons Frontier Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Five Spice Powder
2 pounds raw shelled peanuts
1. Preheat oven to 205 degrees.
2. Combine water, salt and powder. Heat until very hot. Add peanuts and mix well.
3. Spread entire mixture into a roasting pan and gently toast (50 to 70 minutes), stirring often.
