Egg Drop Soup with Nori

6 cups Frontier No-Chicken Broth Powder
2 teaspoons peanut oil
2 teaspoons Frontier Sea Salt
2  eggs
2 teaspoons minced scallions
4  sheets nori, torn into small squares
In saucepan combine the stock, oil, and salt. Bring to boil. Beat the eggs well and slowly pour into the soup, gently stirring. Remove from heat and garnish with scallions and nori.
