These are a great option when you need to bring something for school sharing, bake sales, or mother's groups. Meringues won't weigh you down and travel easily without crumbling!
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Beat egg whites with a stand or hand mixer on high until they form stiff peaks. Whisk cinnamon and sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, into egg whites. Mixture will be stiff and glossy.
Drop dollops of meringue by tablespoons onto prepared baking pans.
Bake for 40 minutes, and then turn off oven. Leave meringues in oven until cool, about 30 minutes.
