Spicy Herbed Chicken Fingers

1 pound chicken strips
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons Frontier Herbes de Provence
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup bran cereal
1 cup bread crumbs
Place buttermilk in a shallow pan. Mix the paprika, spices, cheese, bran cereal and bread crumbs in an additional shallow pan. Dip the chicken strips first in the buttermilk and then the crumb mixture and place on baking sheet.

Depending on the size of the strips, bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Chicken strips will be crunchy and golden red brown!
