Portabello Burger

4  portabello mushroom caps, washed and trimmed
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons {Frontier Bar-B-Quick} (or to taste)
4  grain burger buns
Combine vinegar and honey, then pour over mushrooms in a shallow pan. Marinate for 30 minutes or more.

Prepare grill or broiler. Sprinkle mushrooms on both sides with Bar-B-Quick. Cook mushrooms over coals until heated through and slightly browned.
