Chai Tea Latte

Wonderful chilled or hot. This is a mild chai tea.

5 cups water
2 tablespoons rounded, of {Frontier Black Tea}
3 cups non-fat milk or 3 cups soy milk
1/3 cup honey
4  Frontier Organic Cinnamon Sticks or 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cinnamon
5  Frontier Organic Whole Cloves or 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cloves
1  Frontier Organic Bay Leaf
6  {Frontier Organic Whole Cardamom Pods}, green or black or 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cardamom
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Strain.
