Garam Masala Spicy Baked Beans

1 pound dried navy beans
1  medium onion, sliced
3 teaspoons cider vinegar
2 cups stewed tomatoes or 2 cups tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 teaspoons Frontier Organic Garam Masala
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Ground Mustard
1. Wash beans, cover with water and soak overnight. Drain beans. Mix rest of ingredients with the beans and put in crock pot.
2. Cook on high for 2 hours, then on low for 8 hours.
