Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
4 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Cover tightly. Shake well. Chill. Shake again before serving.
