Fennel Mustard Sauce
Simply pour this tempting Mediterranean-style sauce over fish fillets or seafood, cover the pan, and bake. Use it to dress up steamed asparagus or other vegetables.
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups Dijon mustard
3/4 cup {lemon juice}, fresh
2 tablespoons fennel seed, ground
1 tablespoon tarragon, dried
1/3 cup honey
1 3/4 cups olive oil
{salt}, to taste
{black pepper}, to taste

Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients except the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking all the while to form a thick sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
