Chattanooga Chard

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic flakes
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup cashews
1 pound chard, large stems removed, chopped
1 tablespoon {crystallized ginger}, minced
1  large dried pineapple ring, minced
 {salt and pepper} to taste
Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add olive oil, garlic flakes, red pepper flakes, and cashews. Stir for about 1 minute. Add chard and sauté,
turning chard to cook evenly, about 5 minutes. Add ginger and pineapple; continue to sauté until chard is thoroughly cooked.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
