My kids love these for snacks. They also go well with burgers. Sometimes I use sweet potatoes instead of baking potatoes.
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half lengthwise into quarters. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, and salt. Sprinkle over the potatoes and toss to coat the potatoes evenly. Coat the potatoes with nonstick spray and bake for 20 minutes, or until tender.
