Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

Ingredients
16 ounces firm tofu, drained and pressed
1  jar (16-ounce) sun-dried tomatoes in oil, undrained
2 teaspoons garlic salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until fully blended. Chill 1 hour or overnight.

Keeps in refrigerator up to 1 week.
