One-Bowl Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
2 3/4 cups flour, divided
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons active dry yeast
5 1/3 tablespoons soft margarine
2/3 cup hot water
1 egg, beaten and at room temperature
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons rosemary

Directions
In a large bowl, mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add soft margarine and water. Stir until a thick batter forms. Stir in egg, 1/2 cup flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary. Knead in bowl, gradually adding enough remaining flour until a soft dough forms. Knead 2 minutes or until smooth. Place back in bowl. Cover and let rise until double in size. Punch down dough, form 16 balls, and place in warm Dutch oven sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown, at 375 degrees using 10 coals on bottom and 16 on top.
