Garlic Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 pound cleaned mushrooms
1 package Simply Organic Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
1/3 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Directions
1. Slice mushrooms to desired size or leave whole (de-stem if desired).
2. In a shallow re-sealable container, combine Dressing Mix, oil and vinegar. Toss with mushrooms. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight if time permits).
3. Sauté in medium skillet just before serving.
